Domaine des Justices is an estate in the Bordeaux Supérieur appellation, situated in Preignac on the summit of the first gravel hill north of Langon. Five hectares are devoted to red wine production.

Harvest & Vinification
Grapes are manually harvested, de-stemmed, then macerated in stainless steel vats for 18 days. Pressed wine and free-run wine are separated when removed from vats. Malolactic fermentation is done separately and the wine is aged in concrete vats for 12 months before bottling.
