Since 1920, Marsannay has been producing its iconic rosés, cementing its establishment as the capital of rosé wine in Burgundy. This wine uses mainly younger vines.

Harvest & Vinification
After meticulous triage, grapes are pressed with only one hour of skin contact to give the rosé its pink hue. Fermentation and aging occur in vats. It is bottled after eight months to preserve aromas.
