Beauroy is a Cru from the left bank located in the town of Beine. It is considered the most floral of Chablis wines with marked notes of sage and wild mint.

Harvest & Vinification
Harvested by hand from three parcels, the wine was vinified and aged for 18 months in the cellars in four-year-old oak barrels. Like all the estate wines, it has not been chaptalized or corrected, apart from a little sulfur as needed.
