Can be spelled "Boucheres" as well but the Domaine uses the old French name, Bouches-Chères. The parcel is located on an east-facing hill towards Poruzots and Genevrières. Vines are trained 1/3 Cordon de Royat and 2/3 Guyot.

Grapes are pneumatically pressed, static settled and aged in barrels (15%-20% new). Bottled without fining or filtration.
