From a 0.22 ha of vines planted in 1953 before his father in law left for army at age 18. The sunny lower part of the cru touching Santenots. Yield of 30-50 hl/ha.

Soils
The upper band has brown / blonde soils, stony, rather steep limestone-clay and early maturity.

Harvest & Vinification
Grapes are pneumatically pressed, static settled and aged for 15 months in demi barrels, 15%-20% new. Bottled without fining or filtration.
