Aux Saints Jacques is located in the northern part of the Nuits-Saint-Georges appellation, near the border with Vosne-Romanée, below Aux Allots. Julien produces only three barrels per year. The vineyard faces east at an altitude of 240 meters.

Soils
Limestone with fairly deep topsoil

Harvest & Vinification
Macerated at a low temperature with natural yeast. 50% whole cluster. Ferments in vats for 5-6 weeks without pigeage but with frequent pumpovers. Aged for 12 months on fine lees in oak casks, 30% new. 900 bottles produced.
