There were nine years of research and experimentation to establish the vineyard of Les Perrières, planted solely with Bouchet vines from Lafleur. “Actes” were the first nine vintages of the exploration.

Harvest & Vinification
Hand harvested with strict sorting. Fermentation in stainless steel and concrete tanks with soft maceration (15 to 25 days). Blending takes place in early winter. The wine is aged 15 months in barrique (1/3 new and 2/3 one year old).
