Planted in the 1970s, Les Garennes is distinguished by its limestone soil dating from the Jurassic Oxfordian era. East/southeast exposure.

Harvest & Vinification
After pneumatic pressing and gentle racking at a low temperature, the wine ferments in stainless steel tanks. Native yeast. The wine is then matured on the fine lees for nine months until bottling. No malolactic fermentation.
