Vineyards & Viticulture
The Aligoté vines come from the commune of La Rochepot in the Hautes-Côtes. They are on average 40 years old, have high vines (2m) and have been cultivated/certified organically for almost 15 years. These are very stony and steep soils, facing South-West.

Harvest & Vinification
The aging was done entirely in 228L barrels (25% new and 75% one, two and three-year-old barrels) for ten months, then two months in stainless steel vats. Fining and no filtration.
